BAI is looking for companies where creation and design are at the heart of their DNA. Companies with a genuine style identity, capable of creating trends rather than following them. Our priority is to target B2C companies, whether publishers or manufacturers, run by entrepreneurs who share our desire to build a solid, long-term and responsible history.

We invest in companies with strong growth potential, through majority or minority stakes in structuring operations, and for equity amounts ranging from €5 to €50 million. We are a committed shareholder, working alongside and supporting managers, but without interfering in the day-to-day running of companies.

BAI is owned by the Despature family, industrial entrepreneurs for 150 years, and the Reybier family, which heads up one of France's most successful companies in the sector: Fermob. Our holdings benefit from the BAI ecosystem and the networks of our two families.
